取得する情報
このウェブサイト自体は、閲覧された方の情報を一切取得しません。入力フォーム、アクセス解析ツール、Cookie のいずれも使用していません。
個人情報を取得するのは、次の3つの場合です。
先行案内リストにご登録いただくとき。Google フォームを通じて、メールアドレス、お名前、ご希望の回、人数の目安、ご案内メールの言語、およびご記入いただいた場合はご要望・ご質問を取得します。
お申込みいただくとき。Stripe を通じて、氏名、メールアドレスなど決済に必要な情報を取得します。
メールでお問い合わせいただいたとき。メールアドレスと本文を取得します。
This website itself collects nothing from the people who read it. It has no input forms, no analytics, and no cookies.
Personal information reaches us in three ways.
When you join the early access list. Through Google Forms we receive your email address, your name, your preferred session, the number of people, the language you want to be contacted in, and anything you write in the free-text field.
When you book. Through Stripe we receive the name, email address and other details needed to process the payment.
When you write to us by email. We receive your email address and the content of your message.
利用目的
先行案内リストにご登録いただいた情報は、お申込みの受付が始まった際に予約ページのURLをお送りするためだけに使用します。
お申込みに伴い取得した情報は、イベントの運営、当日のご連絡、および日程の変更や中止が生じた場合のご連絡に使用します。
お問い合わせでいただいた情報は、返信のために使用します。
上記以外の目的には使用しません。広告や宣伝のメールをお送りすることはありません。
What you give to the early access list is used only to send you the booking link when applications open.
What we receive with a booking is used to run the event, to contact you on the day, and to reach you if the date changes or the event is cancelled.
What you send in an enquiry is used to reply to you.
We use it for nothing else. We do not send marketing or promotional email.
第三者への提供と外部サービスの利用
取得した個人情報を販売することはありません。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供することもありません。
ただし運営には次の外部サービスを利用しており、これらの事業者のサーバー上に情報が保存されます。決済は Stripe, Inc.（米国）、先行案内リストのフォームおよびメールの送受信は Google LLC（米国）です。
これらはいずれも米国に所在する事業者であり、個人情報の保護に関する法律第28条にいう「外国にある第三者への提供」にあたります。
We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone else except where the law requires it.
Running the event does rely on outside services, and your information is stored on their servers: Stripe, Inc. (United States) for payment, and Google LLC (United States) for the early access form and for email.
Both are located outside Japan. This is a transfer to a third party in a foreign country under Article 28 of Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
クレジットカード情報
カード番号などの決済情報は Stripe が直接取得し、Stripe において処理されます。主催者がカード情報を取得することも、保持することもありません。
Card numbers and other payment credentials are collected and processed by Stripe directly. We never receive them and never hold them.
保管期間と廃棄
先行案内リストにご登録いただいた情報は、2026年10月4日のイベント終了後、速やかに削除します。
お申込みに伴い取得した情報は、お問い合わせへの対応のためイベント終了後1年間（2027年10月まで）保管し、その後削除します。
なお、Stripe が決済の記録として保持する情報の取扱いは、同社のポリシーによります。
What you give to the early access list is deleted promptly after the event on 4 October 2026.
What we receive with a booking is kept for one year after the event, until October 2027, so that we can answer anything that comes up, and is deleted after that.
Records that Stripe keeps as its own payment history are governed by Stripe's policy, not ours.
開示・訂正・削除のご請求
ご自身の個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除をご希望の場合は、smasaru0404@gmail.com までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、遅滞なく対応します。
先行案内リストの登録解除も、同じ連絡先で承ります。
If you want to see, correct, restrict or delete the information we hold about you, write to smasaru0404@gmail.com. We will confirm your identity and act without delay.
You can also ask to be removed from the early access list at the same address.
Cookie とアクセス解析
このウェブサイトは Cookie を使用しておらず、アクセス解析ツールも導入していません。ページを開いただけで外部のサーバーに情報が送られることはありません。
ただし、Google マップまたは先行案内リストへのリンクをクリックして移動された場合、移動先での取扱いは Google のポリシーによります。
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Simply opening a page sends nothing to any outside server.
If you follow the link to Google Maps or to the early access form, what happens on those pages is governed by Google's policy.
