キャンセルと返金
2026年9月27日までにご連絡いただいたキャンセルは、参加費の全額を返金します。
2026年9月28日以降のキャンセルについては、返金いたしません。
If you tell us on or before 27 September 2026, the fee is refunded in full.
For cancellations made on or after 28 September 2026, no refund is given.

ご連絡をいただいた日時を基準に、上記のいずれにあたるかを判断します。

Which of the two above applies is determined by the date and time your message reaches us.
返金の方法
返金は Stripe を通じて、お支払いに使用されたクレジットカードへ行います。
カード会社の処理により、明細に反映されるまでに数営業日から数週間かかる場合があります。
Refunds are made through Stripe, to the card used for the payment.
Depending on your card issuer, it can take from several business days to a few weeks to appear on your statement.
主催者都合または荒天等による中止
主催者の都合、または荒天や災害などやむを得ない事情によりワークショップを中止する場合は、キャンセルの時期にかかわらず参加費の全額を返金します。
ご登録のメールアドレス宛にご連絡します。
If we cancel the workshop, whether for our own reasons or because of severe weather or another unavoidable event, the full fee is refunded regardless of the date.
We will contact you at the email address you gave us.
最少催行人数
最少催行人数は1名です。参加人数が少ないことを理由に中止することはありません。
One person is enough for a session to run. We will never cancel because too few people have booked.
